Walk me through

Glenn followed up on many things for me and did a brilliant job. He took the time to "walk me through" the house. Once I got the keys he helped me go through the keys, the meter boxes, the alarm, remotes, lights, gas, water meter etc. He also communicated to the previous owner on by behalf and kept the lines of communication open.
