Salted caramel protein balls

If Iso eating has been getting you down and you are looking to add some healthy and delicious snacks to curb the 3pm snacking, you’ve come to the right place.
These salted Caramel protein balls sound decadent but are full of healthy deliciousness and are a good way to curb your hunger at the office or after a workout.
And they are super easy to make.

What you’ll need:
200 g pitted Medjool dates
2/3 cup (65g) quick oats (or rolled oats)
1/3 cup (35g) desiccated coconut
A good pinch of salt
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blitz until all ingredients are finely chopped and the mixture comes together (it will resemble small crumbs).
Take large teaspoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
