Healthy Banana Bread
Somehow, we always end up with 3 to 4 very ripe bananas just sitting on the counter. Bananas that are too ripe to eat but are perfect for baking.

This healthy banana bread is everything you want in banana bread. It’s moist and dense and full of flavour and great to pop in the kid’s lunch box or take into the office to gain some extra brownie points with your work colleagues.

And while not being entirely guilt-free this recipe will have your insides as happy as the smile on your dial.

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or raisins, optional

Method:
