Things are a bit heavy right now around Australia and the world, and it can all get a bit much.
 
We are all feeling a bit fragile right now, so here is a list of 20 things to cheer you up right now.
 
As we can all use a little bit of cheer and lightness in the world.
 
1. Go for a walk - When you feel yourself in a panic, take a break and go for a walk outside and get some fresh air. 
 
2. Create your own at-home remedy by relaxing in a hot bath. Even just 10 to 15 minutes of a warm soak has physical and mental healing.
 
3. Get some sunshine - A good dose of vitamin D can do wonders.
 
4. Put on your favourite outfit – Even if it’s just to work from home or run some errands.
 
5. Dance around – Dance like no one is watching.
 
6. Watch a funny movie - The saying goes: “laughter is the greatest medicine.
 
7. Do something creative – Art, painting or drawing can add a smile to your dial.
 
8. Spend time gardening - Nurturing plants has major benefits for your mind, body, and soul.
 
9. Drink a cup of teaSometimes just having a ten-minute break and a cup of tea.
 
10. Keep a gratitude journal - Gratitude has been scientifically proven benefits for improving emotional health and making you feel mentally strong.
 
11. Do something nice for someone else – Doing good things for someone else makes you feel good.
