The most powerful voice you can listen to is your own
As we head toward the end of another year, you might be getting reflective, looking at what has worked well, what hasn't, things you have achieved, things you are proud of and analysing things that haven’t gone your way.

Sometimes when we reflect, and we go inwards, we can become a little lost, a little frustrated or even a little confused.

There is a lot of noise in the world. The media is never-ending; we listen to advice from our peers, our bosses, our partners and our friends, and sometimes we can forget to listen to ourselves.

To check-in and really be in tune with what is important to us.

When was the last time that you asked yourself what you wanted out of life? Out of your relationships and what you offer to the world?

I know they are big questions, but there is no better time than in the time we are currently living in, to be honest with ourselves about what truly makes us tick, what gives us joy and what we love doing.

Life is hard, but we need to choose what we are willing to work for, to fight for and to keep turning up for.

So maybe it's time to sit down with your thoughts, a piece of paper, or a journal, a glass of wine perhaps and some time with yourself to find out what you truly cherish and value in your life.

The answers may surprise you in a good way.
